Double chocolate sponge cake

Ingredients
180 g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 vanilla
3 eggs
170 g sugar
150 g butter
50 ml milk
2 tbsp cocoa
100 g of dark chocolate
100 g white chocolate
pinch of salt
Method
Melt together dark chocolate and the butter. Set aside to cool. Beat fluffy cream eggs and sugar. Add vanilla and a pinch of salt. Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda. With stirring gently add the flour and cocoa mixture to the egg, and then the milk. Finally put the butter and chocolate. Pour the dough into a greased and sprinkled with flour cakes rectangular shape. Break the white chocolate into pieces and Pierce the dough on a surface so that its edges are visible. If you drop a very deep baking will fall to the bottom. Bake the cake in a preheated 170 C oven.

Well done, great cake. Really double chocolate. Many recipes like chocolate.

There is hardly someone to give up chocolate cake, while it is double!

Bravo! And I like it, I love white chocolate :)

I did it, it was delicious, but the same black - that had white chocolate never showed. But taste is great!
