Double sponge cake

Ingredients
3 eggs
300 g sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup yogurt
2 and 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 vanilla
1 cup jam of your choice

Method
Beat eggs with sugar very well with mixer. Add the oil. It yoghurt with soda, vanilla. Without mixer add the flour and mix thoroughly with a spoon. The greater part of the mixture was poured into a greased with sunflower oil cake pan. Bake until almost done. Remove, smeared with plenty of jam and pour remaining mixture on the dough. Dopicha included only on upper wire.
