Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup yoghurt
3 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
100 ml white wine
150 ml sunflower oil
Method
Eggs are broken well, add milk and baking soda, salt, wine, stirring continuously, and finally the flour (sifted) . Stir to afford a thick, smooth slurry. Fry buhri in strongly heated sunflower oil.
