Drunk meatballs

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 onion
2 slices white bread
ground pepper
2-3 cloves garlic
sunflower oil for frying
# For the sauce:
1 onion
2 peppers
2 tomatoes
1 bay leaf
5-6 peppercorns
1-2 Allspice
1 tbsp flour
1 cup wine
parsley

Method
Kneaded minced meat with grated onion, soaked in water and then well squeezed bread, egg and chopped garlic. Formed into patties, then fry in heated sunflower oil. Separately, stew the other onion, along with finely chopped peppers and tomatoes. Sprinkle with flour and lightly fry. Add wine and spices. After boil, this sauce is put meatballs. Once the wine is poizpari dish is removed from the heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. The dish can be prepared in a different way - not fried meatballs, but rolled in flour and after the sauce boil, put into it. Then in the preparation of the sauce not put the spoon flour.
