Dry baklava - I type

Ingredients
350 g flour
300 g butter
8 eggs
300 g sugar
1 tbsp ground coffee
1 tbsp (10 g) cocoa
20 g chocolate
250 g walnuts
powdered sugar
Method
Involved dough of flour, the butter and 1 egg. Rolled out two in 0.5 cm thick peel. One sheet is put into an oiled tray and the second is left in the cold. On the first place stuffing made from the beaten yolks with the sugar 7, to which are added coffee, cocoa, cut into small pieces of chocolate, ground walnuts and separately beaten hard snow 7 egg whites. The egg whites were added in portions while continuously stirring the mixture. The filling is placed on the second crust and bake in a moderate oven. While baklava is still warm, cut into pieces and dusted with icing sugar.
