Dry tarator

Ingredients
9 kg yogurt
3 kg chorbadzhyski peppers
5-6 links dill
salt
sunflower oil for frying
Method
First milked in gauze. The peppers are finely chopped. Fry in a little sunflower oil. It all added to the milk and stir nice. Fill in small jars (baby food). Boil 5 minutes. Store in a cool dark place.
