Ingredients
5 eggs
500 g yogurt
3 and 1/2 cup (700 g) flour
125 g butter
1 pinch salt
1 tsp (5 g) of baking soda
Method
As well beaten eggs were added yogurt, salt, baking soda and flour, stirring constantly. Pour the mixture into the pan, greased with plenty of half the amount of butter, and bake in the oven, as covered with another tray. As a bake one side, turned in the tray to the other party, which previously smeared with butter. Serve warm with yogurt.
