Dupnishka meatballs

Ingredients
1 kg mutton
1 tsp (3 g) cumin
1 tsp (3 g) pepper
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
5-6 dried red chili peppers
salt
Method
The meat is boned, washed and finely skaltsva with chopper. Salt and mixed with chopped onion, finely chopped cumin and black pepper and crushed chili peppers, pre-warmed on the stove. Allow to stand overnight in a cool place. The next day, before it is formed on the rolls and the mixture was again kneaded.
