Ingredients
# For the dough:
500 ml lukewarm water
1 kg of flour
1 tbsp salt
# For the filling:
500 g minced meat
savory, salt, pepper
fat frying
Method
Involved dough and rolled into small circles. In each circle was placed in the 1 tbsp of blending with spices minced meat, and then closes, and the edges are pressed with a fork. Fry in an oil bath preheated oil well.
