Easter bread

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
1 cup (200 ml) milk
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
1 tsp (5 g) salt
yeast
20 g butter
painted Easter eggs
Method
Sifted flour is placed in a deep pot. In the middle is done well and it put a little water in the dissolved yeast (to which was previously added sugar and is left in a warm place to rise). Add salt and freshly chilled milk is poured in a thin stream. Kneaded dough, and then with a towel and allowed to rise. The dough is kneaded again and formed a round bread. Spread top with melted butter and place in pan. It is followed on the colored eggs, each is surrounded by a strip of dough. Bread is baked in a hot oven.

To look more attractive bread, cover it just before you bake with 1 beaten egg yolk and 1 tablespoon cream. Use a brush to obtain a uniform *lacquer* finish.
