Easter bunnies

Ingredients
600 g flour (sifted)
250 ml milk
40 g yeast
100 g butter
3 eggs
100 g sugar
rind of 1/2 lemon
50 g of powdered sugar
confectionery colors
salt
Method
Yeast was dissolved in the milk. Pour the flour into a deep bowl in the middle makes a hole and pour milk into it. Allow to warm to about 15-20 minutes. Then add the butter, salt, sugar, grated lemon rind and mix dough. Cover and leave in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Cardboard cut out template bunny. Heat the oven to 200 C. Roll out the dough and cut template bunnies. Egg whites were separated from the yolks. Yolks are broken and they are smeared bunnies. Put them in a greased baking pan and rest for 15 minutes. Bake 15-20 minutes. Whip with powdered sugar, add colors and decorate the rabbits. Bake mode.
