Easter salad - II type

Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 small onion
1 sklidka garlic
60 g almonds - peeled
4 slices of dry bread or biscuit
150 g leaves of different green salads
1 tbsp mustard
4 tbsp vinegar
6 tbsp olive oil
salt, ground black pepper
Method
Wash the green leaves. Cut onions and garlic finely. Make a vinaigrette with mustard 3 tbsp vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil 4 tbsp. Add garlic and onion and let marinate 10 minutes. Crush the biscuits with a rolling pin or a mortar coarse crumbs. Fry it in 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan. Add the almonds and bake briefly. Shred green leaves in a bowl and season with the vinaigrette. Divide them in 4 bowls. Peel the eggs, cut them in half and garnish with 3 halves each plate. Sprinkle with fried mixture of bread crumbs and almonds.
