Economical custard

Ingredients
11 tbsp sugar
1 egg
6 tbsp flour or starch
1 liter milk
1 vanilla

Method
Caramelized is 4-5 tbsp sugar and place in a container or several bowls. Boil milk cream with the sugar, beaten in advance with a little cold milk starch, egg and vanilla. The hot cream immediately pour over the caramel. Bake in a water bath. The cream is not less palatable than the traditional, 6 or 8 eggs.
