Egg salad

Ingredients
8 hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp finely chopped dill
1 small red onion
lemon juice
salt
pepper
Method
Eggs and onions are cut finely. In a bowl mix all products. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper and stir. Serve on toast as sandwiches or salad.
