Ingredients
1/2 cup feta cheese
eggplants 3
4 tbsp sunflower oil
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tomato
1 egg
parsley
salt
Method
Eggplant Bake, peel and puree. Mixed with crumbled feta cheese and mix well. Gradually add the oil constantly stirred and then crushed garlic and vinegar. Pour the mixture into dish and smoothed, sprinkle with chopped parsley and garnish with slices of tomatoes and hard-boiled egg.
