Eggplant meadow

Ingredients
2-3 eggplants
200 g sour cream
100 g feta cheese
cherry tomatoes
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Eggplant cut into rings, add salt and leave for 15-20 minutes. Cream mixed with grated feta cheese and flavored with optional garlic and dill. Drained eggplant and fry on both sides. Allow to cool. On a spin put on cream-cheesy mixture, top put another piece of eggplant and again a little of the mixture. The white mixture put half cherry tomato and garnish with dill or parsley.
