Eggplant towers

Ingredients
2-3 large eggplants
500 g minced meat
1-2 tomatoes
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil (margarine or butter)
1 cup water
200 g cheese

Method
Eggplant cut into slices 1 cm thick and sprinkle with salt, to put the bitter juice. During this time, the minced meat was prepared (as meatballs). Wash eggplants and on each circle put by seasoned minced meat. Capped with another circle and are arranged in a suitable tray. On each turret is placed circle red tomato. Watered with the oil and water, and baked in a preheated 180 C oven. When ready, sprinkle with grated cheese.
