2 cup (400 ml) milk
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
1 cup (200 g) crumbled feta cheese
20 g butter
1/2 bunch parsley
The eggs are broken and to this is added the flour away with a little cold milk. And pour remaining milk and add parsley and salt to taste. The mixture is well mixed, pour into greased baking dish with butter, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and bake in the oven. Serve warm in the court in which it is prepared.
