Eggs flamenco

Ingredients
4 eggs
150 g sterilized peas
700 g tomatoes
150 g sterilized green beans
150 g ham
90 g garlic salami
1 onion
1 clove garlic
sunflower oil
1 sprig parsley
1 cup (200 ml) soup
2 sterilized peppers
pinch of sugar
pepper
salt
Method
Finely chopped onion and garlic fried in sunflower oil, add chopped ham (about 90 g), the chopped tomatoes, pepper, salt, a pinch of sugar and broth and stew until soft. Add peas, parsley, finely chopped green beans and spread the mixture to a baking dish. Top is Tap eggs decorate with the chopped salami, cut into julienne ham and remained sterilized peppers and bake until the egg whites harden. Serve immediately with nuggets fried bread.
