Eggs with onions and salo
Ingredients
10 eggs
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
200 g salo
pepper
salt
Method
Salo cut into cubes and put the fire to fry. Add chopped onion into thin strips and stew until soft. Add salt and pour in the beaten eggs. Fry without stirring. Finally sprinkle with crushed pepper.
