Eggs rural

Ingredients
10 eggs
4-5 (300 g) potatoes
10 (1 kg) peppers
100 g butter
200 g feta cheese
2-3 (200 g) tomatoes
1/2 connection parsley
salt
Method
In the melted butter sauté chopped and lightly savory peppers, tomatoes and pre-cooked potatoes. To these are added the crumbled feta cheese and beaten eggs. Optional can be added and spicy pepper. Eggs salting lightly and fry without stirring. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and place in a bowl.

samples from the freezer peppers, canned tomatoes and parsley swapped with dill from the freezer. I liked it, but it is a matter of taste.
