Eggs stuffed with chicken

Ingredients
5-boiled eggs
300 g chicken - roasted or boiled
50 g butter
the juice of 1 lemon
2 pickles
# For decoration:
olives
sprigs parsley
pepper from pickle

Method
Eggs are cut in half. Strain the egg yolks and mix softened butter. Chicken is boned and cut into in small pieces. To this is added the diced pickles, egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. To this mixture was filled egg whites may by injection molding to make the florets. Decorate with pieces of pepper, olive and parsley sprigs.
