Eggs stuffed with spinach
Ingredients
10 eggs
500 g spinach
150 g cheese
125 g butter
1 cup (200 ml) milk
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
salt

Method
Boil eggs and peel. Cut cap from the tip part and carefully remove the yolk. In salted water is boiled spinach, drained of water, cut into small pieces and mixed with powdered egg yolks, grated cheese and pepper. The resulting mixture was filled eggs. Cover with the lid flaps and arrange in a baking dish greased with butter. Remaining stuffing mix with milk and flour and pour between eggs. Each egg is placed dab butter. The eggs are baked for about 10 minutes in a heated oven.
