Ingredients
400 g of cheese
16 green olives stuffed with almonds
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp finely chopped dill
1 tbsp finely chopped tarragon
1/2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
black pepper
Method
Cheese is grated finely grater. Add crushed garlic, mayonnaise and pepper to taste. Mix everything smooth mass. The mixture was divided into 16 portions and forming into balls, and in the center of each of them is placed in an olive. Chopped dill, tarragon and coriander (can use other fresh herbs) are mixed. Cheese balls rolled in aromatic spices, arranged in a serving plate and kept in the refrigerator until serving.
