6 tbsp (60 g) of ground coffee
4 balls of ice cream
3/4 cup (150 g) cream or cream
2 cup (400 ml) water

Method
Prepare typically Turkish coffee, is filtered, cooled and poured into cups. Add one scoop and put cream on top. Drink with a straw.
