Exotic legs marinated salad

Ingredients
12 small chicken thighs, boneless
# For glaze:
3 tsp sesame sunflower oil
4 cloves garlic
3 tbsp teriyaki marinade
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 lemon
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar syrup
# For the salad:
1 cucumber
avocado 2
Chapter 1 small onion (shaloten)
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
5 tbsp olive oil
salt
white pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
Method
Mix products glaze, as garlic is pressed rather than squeezed lemon juice and grated peel. Marinate the meat is in the glaze for about 1 hour. Warm the oven to 225 C. Cover a large baking pan with aluminum foil and place on grill grate from the oven on fthe oil. Place a chicken and bake for about 25 minutes, during which time is coated with glaze several times. Peel cucumber and avocado. Cleaned of seeds and cut into large pieces. Mix the oil, vinegar, and soy sauce and add to cucumber and avocado. Clean and cut and onions and add to the salad. Season with white pepper and salt to taste. Chicken served with salad for garnish. Teriyaki marinade is made primarily from soy sauce. Sugar syrup is called molasses, molasses.
