Exotic Salad

Ingredients
500 g cucumber
1 green pepper
50 g peeled roasted peanuts
2 tbsp coconut
lemon 1
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp mustard
pinch of cumin
2 pinches of sugar
salt
Method
Cut cucumbers and peppers mixed with ground peanuts. Coconut chips are heated in a dry pan until slightly brown, pour in the lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, cumin, sugar and salt. Still warm, pour dressing over vegetables. After cooling down, left for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
