Ingredients
1 kg veal
500 g onion
2 cloves garlic
150 g butter
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
pepper
bay leaf
salt
Method
Cleaned the bones and fat meat is cut into large pieces and put in an earthen vessel. Place a clean and cut into four pieces heads of onion, peeled cloves of garlic, bay leaf, black pepper and the butter. Dish add salt to taste and pour the wine and water (to cover products), capped with a lid ring, which has a small hole, and bake in moderate oven about 2 hours, the cover mortar with dough.
