Ingredients
3 Macedonian sausage
1 onion
100 g sliced marinated mushrooms
500-600 ml tomato juice
2 tbsp veggie
30 g butter
3 eggs
1 tbsp flour

Method
In glass dish put in pieces of sausage and julienne - onions, mushrooms, macerate butter, Vegetata, tomato juice, fuzzy flour with a little water. Mix well. Glass Cover saucepan and put in a cold oven, bake at 200 C for about 30 minutes. Then remove the top and pour lightly beaten eggs. Dopicha be uncovered for about 5-10 minutes at a slightly lower temperature.
