Filbert cake

Ingredients
250 g ground hazelnuts
250 g soft butter
300 g sugar
4 eggs
150 ml milk
250 g flour
10 g baking powder
pinch of salt
vanilla optional

Method
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. The butter, sugar, eggs and a pinch of salt to a fluffy cream. Add milk. Mix flour and baking powder, and add a little to the cream, stirring well. Finally add the nuts, stir the dough with a spatula. Bake 60 minutes.

Thank you, Reni! Only the second floor of this cake, it was very, very fragrant! I Peko in shape with a diameter of 26 cm, but can be baked in an oblong shape, and in shape with a hole (cake).
