Fine sponge cake Kugelhupf

Ingredients
170 g butter
170 g sugar
4 eggs
vanilla 1
1/2 lemon
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
550 g flour
1 cup milk
25 g raisins
25 g walnuts

Method
The butter mix good with sugar. Were added one by one from the egg yolks. Once you take the mixture, alternately add the vanilla, lemon juice, grated peel, flour sifted with baking powder, milk. Mix everything well. Finally add raisins roll in flour and coarsely chopped walnuts and beaten hard whites. Gently stirring, so as not to drop the dough. Cake bake in a greased and floured baking dish in a moderate oven.

When mixing the flour, do it with a spatula and slow and deep movements to put more air. so the cake does not SPED and is fluffy.
