Fish croquettes

Ingredients
300 g of boiled meat zander
300 g pressed boiled potatoes
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
30 g butter
pepper
salt
sunflower oil
lemon
cress
parsley
Method
Potatoes and well boned fish mixed with parsley, fry gently in butter, removed from heat and add salt, pepper and 1 egg. There are also 8 croquet rolled in beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry on all sides in sunflower oil. Decorate with lemon slices and watercress.
