Fish dock

Ingredients
1 kg small river fish
1 bunch mint
1 bunch parsley
150 g salo
20 leaves of sorrel
salt
Method
The fish are washed and put salt, then with salo, sliced pieces and chopped parsley and mint are wrapped in leaves of sorrel. Tied with green branches and overwhelmed in the coals for about 1/2 hour. In serving their shell removed.
