Ingredients
1 kg of fish without head
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 bunch fresh onions
1 bunch fresh garlic
3-4 (300 g) red tomatoes
2-3 chili peppers
1/2 lemon
salt
pepper
parsley
Method
Onions garlic, chopped, sauté in fat. Add consecutively tomatoes, chopped parsley, chopped spicy peppers and sliced fish. Dish add salt and sprinkle with pepper, and then stew, from time to time a little warm water. The dish must remain fat. When serving on each piece of fish placed a slice of lemon.
