Fish Hunter

Ingredients
800 g of hake, beard, mackerel or other fish without head
1/2 tea cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
100 g onion
125 g rice
250 g red tomatoes
100 g fresh peppers
1/2 bunch parsley
3 tbsp (30 ml) white wine
100 g yogurt
2 eggs
1 lemon
15 g flour
20 g cheese
salt
pepper
Method
Fish is cleaned by bones and skin, and the resulting fillet was washed in cold water, drained and cut into large blocks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and sprinkled with wine. Breaded pieces are poluizparzhvat in preheated oil. In the same oil fry chopped onions, peppers, tomatoes and rice with a little salt, bay with fish broth or boiling water in a ratio of 1 volume of rice and 3 volumes of broth. Add spice mixture and bake in a moderate oven under cover until soft rice. Then rings in pots placed part of the fat pieces of fish and some steamed rice. Pour each portion with beaten egg and milk, sprinkle with cheese and bake in oven until browned, Serve with a slice of lemon.
