Fish kapama

Ingredients
1,2 kg fish
3-4 heads (200 g) onion
1 tbsp (10 g) red pepper
2 tbsp (40 g) tomato paste
15-20 peppercorns
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 lemon
1/2 cup (100 g) treacle

Method
The cleaned and washed fish is cut into pieces, add salt and put in plenty namzana fat pan. Chopped onion stew in the oil until soft, then stir in the red pepper, tomato paste, crushed black pepper and chopped parsley. Salt the mixture and pour over the fish by adding a little water. On each piece of fish is placed on a slice of lemon. The dish is baked in a moderate oven. After baking, pour molasses and serve.
