Fish meatballs Sofia

Ingredients
400-500 g cleaned fish
2-3 carrots
1/4 head chervil
1 small onion
1 egg
3-4 tbsp flour
6-7 tbsp vegetable oil
lemon juice 1/2 lemon
pepper
salt
breadcrumbs
parsley
Method
Fish is cut into very small pieces or grind, sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice and leave to rest in a cool 1 hour. Vegetables, coarsely chopped, boiled in 1/2 cup salted water and 1 tbsp vegetable oil. As tender, drain and cut very finely (or smash with a fork). Add to fish together with chopped onions and parsley, flour and egg. The mixture was kneaded well. Formed into balls, rolled in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable strongly heated butter until browned. Serve cold.
