Fish in mill

Ingredients
1 kg of fish
5 tbsp (50 g) flour
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
25 g butter
1-2 (50 g) pickles
50 g mushrooms
50 g salami
2 eggs
1/2 lemon
pepper
salt
# For the sauce:
25 g butter
2 and 1/2 tbsp (25 g) flour
1 cup (200 ml) fish broth
1 tbsp white wine
salt
pepper
Method
Fish is cleaned and washed, add salt and let stand for 10-15 minutes, then add some flour and fry. In the same fat, sauté lightly pickles, pre-soaked, chopped and squeezed, sausage and mushrooms, cut into strips, then sprinkle with pepper and some squeezed lemon juice. Provided by products prepared sauce as follows: In the warm fat fry flour until golden color and dilute with fish broth. The sauce is seasoned with wine and crushed black pepper and boil until obtain the required density. Fried fish is placed on the plate for serving. Spread a mixture of mushrooms and pour the sauce. Cover with grated hard-boiled eggs. The dish can be served with mashed potatoes, lemon slices, chunks marinated red peppers.
