Fish Mosaic roll
Ingredients
800 g of hake or other fish
100 g onion
2 eggs
50 g carrots
1/2 bunch parsley
50 g pickles
40 g fresh mushrooms
3 slices white bread
1/2 cup (100 ml) milk
cheese 25 g
25 g breadcrumbs
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
100 g red tomatoes
500 g potatoes
15 g butter
salt
pepper
Method
Deboned fish meat is ground. To mince add salt, pepper, bread soaked in milk, 1 egg, pre-cooked and diced vegetables, pickles, mushrooms and 1 hard-boiled egg. It is well kneaded. Gives shape of a roll, coated with beaten egg, dusted with breadcrumbs and top with grated cheese. Place in a greased baking tray with butter and bake in a moderate oven. Separately, make sauce onion, red tomatoes and some vegetables. Passaged be. The roll is served with boiled potatoes, splashed with fresh butter and prepared sauce.
