Fish oranges

Ingredients
fish of your choice
2 oranges
100 g butter
100 ml white wine
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 cloves garlic
salt, pepper
parsley
Method
Clear and Salt fish with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish. Add the white wine and the juice of one orange. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven very strong. Crush the garlic cloves well and a few sprigs of parsley. Add the breadcrumbs, the butter and mix well. Remove fish from oven and make three incisions on top. Insert one slice of orange, brush thoroughly with a mixture of bread crumbs, garlic and parsley. Put back in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until ready.
