Ingredients
800 g cleaned hake
1 egg
flour
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil for frying
lemon juice
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned from the skin and bones of fish sprinkle with salt, lemon juice and black pepper and let sit for ten minutes. Cut into strips and PANIC in flour, beaten egg and then in bread crumbs and fry in heated vegetable oil.
