Fish Parsley

Ingredients
750 g of hake, hake, beard, mackerel, sword or other fish without head
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 bunch spring onions
250 g red tomatoes
150 g yogurt
2 eggs
20 g cream
30 g flour
salt
pepper
Method
Fish is cleaned of skin and bones, cut it sliced, salted, ranks in the pan, pour in some of the fat and bake in the oven. Separately, make sauce by browning onions, some tomatoes and flour, dilute with fish broth, add pre-steamed parsley, red tomatoes and black pepper. As a boil 10 minutes thicken with mixed yogurt, cream and egg yolks. Pour the sauce over the fish and bake 5-10 minutes.
