Ingredients
500 g boiled potatoes
2 cup flour
nutmeg
200 g cheese
100-200 g fish fillet
1-2 tomatoes
pepper
salt
mixture of dry spices: coriander, dill, thyme and lovage
Method
Boil the potatoes are pressed and added less sifted flour, a pinch of salt and nutmeg. Blended into a smooth dough. Pour into greased pan. Dusted with grated cheese on it chopped fish fillets, dried spices and cover with sliced ​​tomatoes, sprinkled with pepper and a little olive oil. Bake in a moderate oven until browned.
