Fish plateau Romanian

Ingredients
1 kg of fish
1 kg various vegetables
3-4 onions
2 cloves garlic
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
M tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil
1 lemon
1 tbsp raisins
coriander
salt
pinch of sugar
pepper
thyme
parsley
Method
Sleek, finely chopped vegetable is stew in the vegetable oil, add white wine, tomato paste, spices and a little water. Stew until soft. Shortly before, put raisins. Fish is cleared (big fish is cut into pieces), ranked in a fireproof container and sprinkle with lemon juice. Top pour the vegetables and cover with paper smeared with grease. Bake on the oven for 20 minutes.
