Fish pot

Ingredients
1 kg fish fillets
1/2 cup flour
1 cup cream
1 cup broth
7-8 potatoes
3-4 onions
1/3 cup vegetable oil
4-5 cooked porcini mushrooms
50 g butter
3-4 cloves garlic
parsley or dill
salt
pepper
Method
The fish is cut into pieces, add salt, add some flour and fry in vegetable oil . Onions cut fry with chopped mushrooms in melted butter. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and put in portion pots where added onion stew with mushrooms. Top arrange the pieces of fish, garlic, crushed with salt, sprinkle pepper, pour broth, cream and then the dish is placed sandwiching in a well-heated oven to stew until soft. Serve in pots. During stifling recommended pots from time to time to shake.
