Ingredients
3 cups (600 ml) fish potion
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
25 g butter
1 egg
grated lemon peel
lemon juice
pepper
salt
Method
Flour suspended in a little cold fish potion and added to the rest potion . The liquid was heated with stirring until thickened. The resulting sauce thicken with beaten egg and seasoned to taste with lemon juice, lemon zest, pepper and salt. The butter is added just before serving the sauce.
