Fish stew Vida

Ingredients
1 kg of fish mackerel
200 g vegetable mix (peas, carrots, corn)
6-7 potatoes
tomato juice
vegetable broth
flour
sunflower oil
Method
Fish is cut into thick slices roll in flour and fry in the oil. At the bottom of casseroles put potatoes, fish Pour vegetables, potatoes and fish again, pour tomato juice and water, sprinkle with bouillon cube and cover casseroles with fthe oil. Bake until ready, shortly before the end removing fthe oil to seal.
