Fish surprise

Ingredients
1 kg zander
5 eggs
1 cup grated cheese
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
parsley
pepper
roots soup
Method
Pour the fish with boiling water and add the roots soup. The fish is boiled and cleaned bones. Then creases. Fish sauce is seasoned according to taste and put in a pan (cake) greased with butter. Apart beat eggs with the flour and add the cheese, milk and parsley. With this mixture pour the fish and bake in a moderate oven.
