Fishing grog

Ingredients
3 tbsp (30 g) of tea
500 ml water
3/4 cup (150 ml) cognac
3/4 cup (150 ml) rum
2 lemons
honey
Method
Tea, pour boiling water. After 5 minutes the tea decoction is strained and it is added cognac, rum, lemon juice and rind of 1/2 lemon. The mixture is sweetened with honey, mix well and serve in small cups.
