Florentine gratin

Ingredients
500 g scalded spinach
24 cleared shrimps
2 eggs
2 tbsp high fat cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
pinch of chopped parsley
salt and pepper
50 g grated pecorino feta cheese * * or Parmesan * *
50 g butter

Method
The oven is preheated to 150C. Spinach fry in the butter, then pour in the appropriate plateau. Shrimp are placed on spinach. Separately, whisk the eggs, cream and mustard to a homogeneous mixture. Taste with salt and pepper to taste. The mixture is stirred well and it flooded spinach and shrimp. Then sprinkle with grated feta cheese and parsley and bake for 30-35 minutes. It is recommended to be served hot.
